Arizona Recycling Facility WRC's Arizona Recycling Facility is located approximately 25 miles west of downtown Phoenix in Tolleson, AZ. The facility, which has been manufacturing metal concentrates for almost two decades, operates under strict written Policies and Procedures and is audited approximately 40 times annually by clients, potential clients and government regulators. The facility, along with its sister facility in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, became the first two recycling facilities to achieve twin ISO Certifications - ISO 14001 and ISO 9001:2000. World
