Pennsylvania Recycling Facility WRC's Pennsylvania Recycling Facility is located at the western edge of Pottsville, PA, about 45 miles northeast of the state capitol of Harrisburg. The facility, which has been manufacturing metal concentrates for almost two decades, operates under strict written Policies and Procedures and is frequently audited by clients, potential clients and government regulators. The facility was the first recycling facility in the United States to earn ISO 14001 Certification and along with its sister facility in Phoenix, Arizona, became the first two recycling facilities to achieve twin certifications - ISO 14001 and ISO 9001:2000. The laboratory has been certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) under a recently enacted state program. World
