WRC's Arizona and Pennsylvania Support and Sales Offices operate to serve the needs of clients and potential clients in the western and eastern portions of the United States, respectively, and they provide environmental management and recycling services to the entire region, including Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

These offices are located with the Arizona and Pennsylvania processing facilities. This expedites coordination between support office and facility personnel, including transportation, operations and laboratory personnel and ensures the best possible client support.

WRC provides support to companies generating recyclable material by: assigning an Account Executive as a single point of contact for each company, assisting in verifying the recyclability of the material generated, arranging material shipments to WRC's processing facilities, assisting in the preparation of necessary transport documents and responding to questions regarding regulatory compliance.
